Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with 72 hours or more notice will receive a refund minus a service fee of $50, plus food & flower cost.  In the event of rain, we will change the date, and/or time, but the decision must be made 12 hours prior.  MB Picnic Co. reserves the right to make cancellations, and or adjustments on the day of the picnic due to inclement weather. MB Picnic Co. will notify you of the cancellation via email, and will make an attempt to reschedule the picnic for a different day and time. If a reschedule cannot be made, a refund will be rewarded. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you don’t want to reschedule, we are happy to work with you on an alternative location (covered porch, living room, etc).
