Bad Weather?

While rare, we sometimes have to change dates or times due to weather. Because rain in the Myrtle Beach area is highly unpredictable (we regularly see days of 100% chance of rain, only to have sunny skies all day). If it looks like weather may affect your reservation, we will reach out with options. If you can’t reschedule, you may collect a gift certificate, excluding food & flowers & related service fees. 

What is included in a pop-up picnic?

The pop-up picnic includes seating, décor, full tablescape, blankets, pillows, ice & sparkling water, set up and clean up for you and your guests.

Arrival time?

We ask the guests to arrive on time to their reserved picnic time.

Can we have a fire at the picnic?

Unfortunately, Horry county does not allow fires of any kind on the beach. However, if you choose the firepit option, we can certainly have the picnic in Georgetown County…about a ½ mile south of the Garden City pier.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, we do! They can be purchased for any dollar amount. They make wonderful & unique gifts.

Do you provide alcoholic beverages?

No, we are not licensed to provide or transport alcohol.

What are the food & beverage options/can we bring our own food & beverages?

Absolutely! Our job is to provide a beautiful setting for your luxury picnic and of course make your event as stress free as possible! Please let us know if we prefer us to pick up take out for you. We partner with several local businesses for food, cakes, cupcakes, boards, chocolate covered strawberries, etc.

How far in advance should I book?

Book ASAP! We are currently on a three-month calendar.

How do I select a location?

We can access the beach from any public beach access as long as there aren’t any steps and within 30 yards of delivery vehicle access. If you have an address or landmark, we will try to get as close as possible. We can’t accommodate all requests, but we will do our best. Additional charges for excess travel may apply. Don’t know where to go? Please let us suggest a few of our favorites!

Can we leave at our convenience, during the picnic?

If you would like to leave earlier than the scheduled and confirmed time, please give us a 30-minute notice, via phone or text. You are responsible for all the picnic items until we are able to return.

Can I choose my decorations?

We’re a locally owned small business, but our offerings are continually expanding. If you’ve seen a detail/item/style or color scheme on our social media that you have a preference for, let us know when you book.
